But sometimes, stuff happens. If you're not happy for any reason, you have a 60 days to return any 'non-personalized' jewelry to us for a full refund. All you have to do is email us at contact(at)myuniquetouch.com to obtain your return authorization number and then mail the jewelry back to us.
For personalized jewelry that has a custom engraving/message, we'll also take that back if there are any defects in the production, and try to make it right for you by either fixing it or sending you a new piece. Either way, we're on your side and will work with you to make things right.
